May 2017 Meeting

May Talk

Our May meeting is traditionally a visit to a members garden, this year was slightly different as it still consisted of a garden visit but hardly to a member’s garden as a number of us visited the gardens at Dumfries House, famously saved for the nation by the intervention of The Prince of Wales.

The weather was kind to us as it was dry but not too warm (is it ever too warm in the West of Scotland) and a pleasant and interesting afternoon was enjoyed by all present.
